About Us and Our Strategic Partners

Jerry Larson,Ed.D. has over twenty years experience
   working with and leading individuals and teams. Jerry has
   served as Head/CEO of a $10 million organization with over 100
   employees and in 2011 he completed a two year leadership
   assignment in Qatar as a Managing Director of a $100 million
   organization with 480 employees from 58 different countries.

   He earned his MBA at New Hampshire College with an
   emphasis in management and organizational behavior and
   has a Doctorate in Education from Boston University in
   counseling and human development with a emphasis in
   performance and sport psychology.

   In 2004, Utilizing his experience in organizational leadership,
   Jerry built a high performing executive coaching process for
   leadership development for corporate managers and leaders
   who are passionate about performance and continual
   improvement.

Jerry has completed advanced studies in emotional intelligence and leadership at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, OH and with the Hay Group. He received professional education and training in coaching through The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, CA.
